# Get OSHA incidence rates for an industry

> Yearly total recordable case (TRC) and DART rates for an industry, computed from every Form 300A filed by establishments with that NAICS code or prefix, in one state or nationwide. Use it as the peer benchmark for an employer’s OSHA profile. Years with fewer than 10 employers filing are left out. Needs the OSHA dataset enabled for your organization. Read-only; private, no-store.
