Unlike the national NAIC insurance-type directory, these rows describe combinations imported from SERFF. Filters combine with AND and codes match exactly. Use toiId to find subtypes of an uncoded parent. Names and codes can repeat; use the returned UUID for getSerffInsuranceCombination. orgId identifies ownership; shared and own-organization rows are returned independently, with no precedence or merging. Results sort by stable UUID over live data. Imports can update or add rows between pages. Pass nextCursor as cursor with the same filters and limit; cursors do not expire and access is checked on every request.
