SCHEMA (version gl/1.0) lists the tables of a general liability book,
their keys and their core columns: facts with one meaning each, typed and empty
unless supplied. A rater derives the rest, such as an exposure in thousands of
sales or a carrier’s territory. A book needs only submissions and
locations; policies is built from the submissions’ policy_id unless
you pass it. Its tables are the liability part of bop.SCHEMA, with the same
columns and meanings, so a gl book is also a bop book. A carrier’s own
selectors, such as its increased limits table, are program columns: declare
them with SCHEMA.with_columns. Every other column is yours.
relativities.Book(tables, schema=gl.SCHEMA) is a general liability book, and
a relativities.Program rates it with one carrier’s rater: its prepare
turns the book into that rater’s input.
SCHEMA
gl/1.0 (gl.SCHEMA.version): policies, submissions, locations, classifications and coverages, with their keys and core columns. Its tables are the liability part of bop.SCHEMA, so a GL book is also a businessowners book. Pass it as Book(tables, schema=gl.SCHEMA). print(gl.SCHEMA) lists every column, and the general liability book schema page shows the same tables.
